"We, the sovereign Filipino people 

imploring the aid of almighty God

in order to build a just and humane society  

and establish a government that shall embody our ideals and aspirations

promote the common good, conserve and develop our patrimony

secure to ourselves and our posterity

the blessing of independence and democracy

under the rule of law and the regime of TRUTH,

JUSTICE, FREEDOM, LOVE , EQUALITY AND PEACE

DO ORDAIN AND PROMULGATE THIS CONSTITUTION."

 

It's More Fun in The Philippines :) and I know it

Its really more fun in the Philippines and it's a free country you can do what you want :)

As a Filipino, who was born on a country composed of 7,107 we should be proud of.
Wanna know the 5 reason why? Read this:
1. We are the Texting Capital- In terms of interacting with other people Philippines is still undisputed to be the texting capital. Well for me, the reason why we are dealing with our phone for almost 24/7 is that we as a Filipino are very "maalala" in a sense that every now and then we loved to be in touched to those people we value most,
2. The Underground River in Palawan- Philippines is known for it's fascinating views and places, that's whay this year 2012 Underground River in Palawan was choosen to be part of the SEVEN WONDERS OF THE WORLD.
3. Filipino is so CHEESY- we are fan of reading, listening and watching what we called "kilig things" and of course the famous cheesy things (but sometimes corny) in the Philippines is pick-up lines.
Ex.
BOY- TAE KA BA ?
GIRL- HUH? BAKIT ?
BOY- KASI DI KITA KAYANG PAGLARUAN EH:)
4. We can smile even in times of poverty and death- We value happiness so much even if we are experiencing problems, still we smile and laugh. We believe in the saying that "Laughter is the best medicine".
5. Hospitality- we are famous for being hospitable with visitors.

So what's the reason on being shame of being Filipino. 
Starting tomorrow cheer up and be proud!!!
